Refund Policy

If you purchase any item from our lime products range (lime putty, lime plaster or small aggregate), then if you are not satisfied with the product you can return it within 30 days and you will receive a refund of what you paid for the product. This will be paid within 5 working days.

if you have partly used the product then no refund will be provided.

This policy does not apply to pointing services provided to maintain homes.
